Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business to let you know if your order is available and able to be sent. If order was sent on evenings, weekends, or holidays your order will begin processing on the next business day. (i.e. Saturday order placed - 2 business days starts Monday.)

STORE PICKUP - 774495 Highway 10, Markdale, ON N0C 1H0. Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am-1:00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Excluding Stat Holidays. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We've structured our shipping to ensure fair pricing based on product type and destination.

Standard Products (Helmets, Goggles, Protective Gear, Accessories)

For most powersports gear and accessories, we use carrier-calculated rates through Purolator. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping speed

Tire Shipping

Due to the size and weight of tires, we have specific flat-rate shipping:

Smaller Tires:

  • Southern Canada (AB, BC, MB, NB, NS, ON, PE, QC, SK): $75.00 CAD

Large Tires:

  • Southern Canada (AB, BC, MB, NB, NS, ON, PE, QC, SK): $90.00 CAD

Canadian Shipping (Select Products)

Some products qualify for our Canadian Shipping profile:

  • Southern Canada (AB, BC, MB, NB, NS, ON, PE, QC, SK): $25.00 CAD flat rate or carrier-calculated Purolator rates

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all Canadian provinces, with the exception of Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), and Nunavut (NU). Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your postal code and the items in your order.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service.dbpowersports@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
