What's the Issue?
509 has determined that the 509 Youth Tactical 2.0 Helmet and 509 for Polaris Youth Tactical 2.0 Helmet contain elevated levels of lead in the eye port gasket. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause serious adverse health effects.
What You Should Do
Please stop using this helmet immediately and do not allow children to use it until the issue has been resolved.
